Thank you for taking the time to plan a visit to Eglinton Veterinary Facilities. We are always happy to accept new clients and make new four-legged friends.
We are open Monday through Saturday, with evening hours during the week until 8pm for your convenience. Please browse our website to find out about our doctors, range of veterinary services, clinic history, hospital policies and team members.

You may book an appointment by calling the clinic, or by submitting a request via the website at the link provided here.
You may submit your information as a new client by filling out the form below, or by calling the clinic and working with one of our team members. It will take us less than 5 mintues to collect the necessary information on you and your pet(s). All information collected by the clinic is competely confidential.
We always ask that new clients arrive at least 5 minutes prior to their booked appointment time to allow for our front desk to confirm your information.
For the safety of all pets and people, we ask that you please keep your pet restrained by leash or carrier at all times. Thank you for your co-operation in this regard.
