On-line medication and food orders for current clients
Please complete and submit this form to send a request to the clinic by email for prescription food or medication renewals. We will contact you by phone or return email by the close of business today to confirm when your order will be ready for pick up at the clinic. We ask that you request medications at least 24 hours in advance of when they are needed.
This page should be used for non-urgent situations only. If you feel that you need something immediately for your pet, or you have a question about your pet's diet or medication, please call the clinic directly at (416) 487-1533.
Please note that we can only accept requests for pets who are current patients of the clinic. The renewal of any medications may be subject to restrictions (such as required bloodtesting or recheck appointments) depending on the type of medication.
